  • Before the race

    Will I receive a document with the Race Information?

    Yes, in the previous week of the event you will receive by email the "Athlete Guide" with all detailed information.


     Where will be info point located?

    There will be one info point at the race venue located at the entrance of the athlete’s bag pick-up area.


     Where and how do I pick up my athlete’s bag?

    At the race venue.

    You must show your ID card or any valid document (passport, driving license…) that guarantee you identification, as well as your registration confirmation.


    Can another person pick up my Start number?

    Yes, must bring a copy of your confirmed registration.


    Is it mandatory to have a valid athletics license?

    Yes, it is. The 1-day license from the Spanish Federation is included in the registration fee, it contains an athletes insurance.


    Is it mandatory to run with the timing chip?

    Yes it is. you have to use it in order to register your classification. Timing chip is included in the entry fee.You will be given the race number with the chip integrated in the back.

    As is a disposable chip, you do not have to return it at the end of the race.


    Where do I pick up my T-shirt?

    In case you take part in the Marathon distance or if you bought it during the online registration, you must pick it up in the t-shirt tent after collecting your bib number.

    If you wish to buy additional shirts you can get this at the Merchandise Store onsite.


    Can I buy the T-Shirt at Expo?

    Yes you can get the Half Marathon and 10Km t-shirt at the Merchandising booth.

     

    Where is the pasta party?

    The Pasta Party will be at the race venue on Saturday. You need to show your participant’s wristband.

    Pasta Party for companions can be purchased on site.


    Will be a wardrobe service on race day?

    Yes.

  • During the race

    Will be Pacemakers?

    Yes there will be Pacemekers for:

    Marathon distance: 3h30, 3h45, and 4h 

    Half Marathon distance: 1h30, 1h40 and 1h50


    How many Aid Stations there will be?

    1st:  km 3’7 after the bridge at Club de Mar: Water, isotonic drink and sponges.*

    2nd  km 8’5 at las Golondrinas in front of the Auditorium: Water, isotonic drink, fruit.

    3rd km 12’3 at Escola Graduada: Water, isotonic drink, fruit.*

    4th:  km 16’5 en C/Sant Miquel by Porta Pintada/C/Olmos: Water,isotonic drink and special needs.

    5th: km 20 In C/Union, in front of Gran Hotel La Caixa: Water, isotonic drink, fruit.

    Km at the second loop: 24’5, 28’8, 32’8, 37’3 y 41’2

    * At Km 24´5 and 32´8 will be on addition gels.


    Will be a Personal Aid Station? How is the process?

    Yes, it’s Aid Station number 4 (km 16'5 and 37'3).You must take your personal supplies to the wardrobe where our staff will put on it a sticker with your startnu


     Will be there sponges?

    Yes, at aid station 1.

  • After the race

    Will be Awards for the winners?

    There will be trophies for the first 5 overall, male and female in each distance: Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km.

    The awards ceremony will be at the stage/podium next to the Finish Line.


     What are the categories?

    Based on RFEA (Spanish Athletics Federation) categories:

    Sub.18 – 2001/2002 )

    Sub.20 – 1999/2000

    Sub.23 – 1996/1997/1998 

    Senior – Borned in 1995 and forward

    Master –From 35 years old birthdate


    Which are the rankings for the results lists?

    Overall rankings Male and Female:

    Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km

     

    Will be there a massage service?

    Yes, there will be for free a limited massage service at the after finish area.


    Will be there Shower service?

    No.
